Location: Madison, WI Hybrid

Candidate Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at candidates expense. Remote with the potential requirement to come onsite when needed (once every couple of months).
Project Details: This position is responsible for leading and coaching a project team on a hybrid project methodology combining PMI Project Management best practices and agile practices to deliver products and services to state schools and internal customers.
Minimum 2-5 years experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology
Minimum 2 -5 years experience in PMI- Project Management Methodology (Defining Scope, Stakeholder Analysis, RACI, Project Charter, Project Estimations, Risk Assessments, Budget tracking etc..)
Minimum 2-5 years Prepare business requirements and functional specifications
Minimum 2-5 years Ability to effectively refine and maintain a product backlog
Required Skills:
Minimum 2-5 years experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology with CSM Certifications
Minimum 2-5 years experience with PMIs Project Management deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates experience facilitating meetings and an understanding of facilitation techniques
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently within established guidelines
Process a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
Experience writing user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
Ability to facilitate UAT efforts
Experience at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospectives, and other scrum techniques
Experience in creating documentation such as project charter, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis and engagement, decision logs, project estimation and timelines, project status reports, road maps, project close out reports
Experienced in leading CRM-focused projects, overseeing end-to-end implementation, optimization, and integration of CRM platforms to support business objectives.
Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging CRM insights to inform strategy and improve customer experience.
Required Technical Skills: Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate to developers in a .NET based development environment Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, or equivalent software, to manage user stories and sprint backlogs. Proficiency with leading CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) including configuration, data structures, workflows, and integrations. Preferred Experience: Experience working with education software systems at school, district, or state levels. Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting Proficient in using Asana and Azure DevOps Boards to manage project timelines, assign and track tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
