We are seeking a Regional Business Director for the Greater New York City area who will drive sales of ADMA Biologics products (Bivigam, Asceniv, and NABI-HB) primarily in non-acute settings and, as needed, in the acute market space. Job Description

Position Summary The Regional Business Director is responsible and accountable for sales planning and results within a geographic region, interfacing with key medical providers, staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and integrated health networks to drive sales of new and existing products. Essential Functions (ES) And Responsibilities

Own the regional sales activity as an individual contributor, engaging with Accounts, specialty distributors, and ADMA Biologics stakeholders to grow sales. Manage the regional business through strategic planning, routing, and decision-making; report to the Director of Sales. Identify and engage resources to win business quickly. Compliantly educate physicians, staff, drug information review personnel, and pharmacy on the benefits of ADMA Biologics products. Build and maintain relationships with accounts, specialty distributors, and ADMA Biologics. Collaborate with leadership to select target accounts and conduct SWOT analyses. Prepare monthly business reports on targeted and current accounts and on relationship status with distributors; recommend actions to increase market share. Maintain customer database in CRM with forecasting, run rates, and growth potential trend analysis. Execute the marketing strategy and maintain an updated regional business plan aligned with strategic imperatives and executional tactics. Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Decision makers/influencers in the region. Target, develop, maintain, and sell to new and existing customers and accounts. Attend local, regional, and national conferences on disease state and product topics. Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or similar relevant sales. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance requirements; ability to interpret government regulations and customer specifications. Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to follow cGMPs and company procedures; experience with regulatory compliance and SOPs. Experience Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales. Preferred Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of successful selling experience in plasma biologics/specialty space. Minimum of two (2) years of successful selling experience in the immunology space. Extensive knowledge of the US healthcare system, managed care, home care companies, and product line knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; advanced degree preferred. Compliance Requirements

Adhere to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities; complete required compliance training and maintain accurate documentation of interactions. Proactive participation in compliance reviews and ongoing education on relevant FDA regulations. Complete onboarding, product, and disease-state training; adhere to administrative standards and required reporting. Develop strong relationships by understanding each customer's needs and prescribing habits to drive new business and patient access to our products. Analyze accounts and physician data to identify sales trends and market conditions; manage a large geographic region effectively. Job Benefits
