Regional Business Director - Northwest States

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Business Director - Northwest States. Responsibilities
Own the sales within a geographic region (accountable to the sales within a geographic region), interacting with key medical providers, staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and integrated health networks to drive sales of new and existing ADMA Biologics products. Manage the business within the region through strategic planning, routing, and decision-making. Report directly to the Director of Sales. Identify and engage the necessary resources to win the business quickly. Compliantly educate physicians, staff, drug information review personnel, and pharmacy on the benefits of ADMA Biologics products. Establish, build, and maintain relationships with all Accounts, Specialty Distributors, and ADMA Biologics. Collaborate with leadership on selecting appropriate Accounts for targeting; conduct SWOT analysis on new accounts, etc. Prepare monthly business reports on targeted accounts and current accounts; make recommendations to increase market share and adapt to market conditions. Maintain customer database in CRM including forecasting, run rates, and growth potential trend analysis. Execute the marketing strategy and maintain an updated regional business plan to maximize business; define strategic imperatives, aligned strategies, and executional tactics. Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Decision makers/influencers within the region. Target, develop, maintain, and sell to both new and existing customers and accounts. Attend local, regional, and national conferences on disease state and product-specific topics. Understand decision-making stakeholders within each account and align resources to provide solutions. Develop strong relationships by assessing customer needs, goals, prescribing habits, and competitive products to drive new business and support patient access to product. Manage the region by analyzing accounts and physician sales data, identifying trends, and navigating market and competitive landscapes to balance short-term needs with long-range planning. Maintain competence in product knowledge, disease state knowledge, and industry knowledge. Manage and maintain regional budget as determined by sales leadership. Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Manager, National Accounts, and Managed Access staff as appropriate. Submit accurate and timely expense reports and regional/account reports; maintain records. Complete required company training, onboarding, product, and disease state training; maintain high administrative quality. Attend required compliance training and maintain a high standard of compliance with FDA regulations and company policies. Travel up to approximately 70% of the time; work location includes Washington State, Oregon, or nearby. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; advanced degree preferred. Experience
Minimum of five (5) years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or similar relevant sales. Preferred: minimum of three (3) years selling in the plasma biologics/specialty space; minimum of two (2) years selling in the immunology space. Extensive knowledge of the US healthcare system, managed care, home care, and knowledge of ADMA product lines. Certifications/Licenses
