Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships, you will manage partnership opportunities to expand the Red Bull brand through increased reach and engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, prioritize, and execute all partnership agreements across Red Bull Marketing and Media Network properties, and build strategic relationships with high-level decision-makers across key industries including Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Footwear/Apparel, and other brands. You will also work with cross-functional teams to explore and develop new revenue streams. Responsibilities

Partner and Account Management

Manage multiple accounts, coordinating with partners and cross-functional team verticals. Deliver high-quality account services to foster partner satisfaction. Build trust and accountability within the partnerships program by cultivating strong cross-functional relationships and effective ways of working. Collaborate with internal Media and Marketing teams to align on all partnership deliverables and expectations.

Marketing & Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies highlighting the value of partner brands and Red Bull. Prepare financial analyses and establish marketing terms to support opportunities, including negotiating business terms under legal supervision. Collaborate with Media Network and Programming teams to create social media plans promoting partner content. Partner with Production teams to oversee content creation and event production; manage production budgets and internal P&Ls. Demonstrate understanding of media buying, selling, and distribution; analyze financial data to identify profitability opportunities.

Cross-Functional Management

Project manage assignments from kickoff through execution and renewal. Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to maintain clear communication. Manage internal workflow processes to maximize business opportunities and promote employee engagement.

Knowledge and Experience

8+ years in sales and business development, with experience in event sponsorships, digital/print media, and content production. Strong influencer with a sales mindset and established relationships with top brands; ability to accelerate audience growth and generate revenue for Red Bull and partners. Proven ability to implement strategic solutions using quantitative analytics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Proficient understanding of long-form contracts and legal frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies. Expert in partnerships with the ability to contribute beyond core responsibilities. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools for pre- and post-planning. Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. Base salary range: $115,280 – $172,800 plus cash incentives. Actual offers may vary based on experience; base pay range may be modified.
