Overview We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Consultant. This role supports energy efficiency initiatives in partnership with the Colorado Energy Office, helping to deliver impactful programs that benefit local communities and promote sustainability. As a Program Consultant, you will be responsible for managing deliverables, timelines, content, and quality control, ensuring the smooth execution of utility-incentivized energy efficiency projects. Successful candidates will reside in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
Manage deliverables, timelines, content, and quality control across all program activities
Provide critical support for deliverables, including trade ally training materials, enrollment manuals, and QAQC plans
Coordinate and develop program materials for trade allies, including outreach and enrollment support
Work cross-program and cross-functional teams, including operations, to meet client expectations and timelines
Support client communications, including weekly reports and data gathering
Track and report program projects and status in an effective, accurate, and timely manner
Support budget management and financial tracking as needed
Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned to support program success
Qualifications
3 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction management, or a similar industry
Bachelor's Degree Required
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with sales and data tracking software systems (Salesforce, etc.) is an asset
