We’re hiring an experienced Lead Installer to run residential coating jobs with the support of an assistant. This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be responsible for delivering flawless floors, start to finish, while leading by example and setting the standard for quality. What We Provide

Proven hands-on experience with concrete coatings: epoxy, flakes, and polyaspartic systems Ability to run a job site independently and manage an assistant effectively High standards for quality and attention to detail—good enough is not good enough Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Physical ability for the work (grinding, lifting, coating, etc.) Who We’re Looking For
