Our client is seeking a results-driven
Procurement Manager
to lead sourcing and procurement efforts across multiple categories of raw materials. This role will play a key part in managing supplier relationships, executing sourcing strategies, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused procurement to support business operations. The Procurement Manager will report to the Director of Procurement and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Quality Assurance, R&D, Operations, and Marketing. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of category expertise, strategic sourcing capabilities, supplier management, and problem-solving through analytics. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and value through procurement. Responsibilities
Manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials across multiple product categories, ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time availability Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and enhance supplier performance Oversee supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, and negotiation of pricing and contract terms Monitor industry trends, supplier markets, and cost drivers to inform purchasing strategies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational, quality, and innovation goals Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing data, and contractual documentation in ERP and procurement systems Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and supplier quality standards Support co-manufacturing and third-party relationships where procurement coordination is required Lead or contribute to special projects, process improvements, and procurement initiatives as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in raw material or ingredient sourcing Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
