As a Group Account Director (GAD) at Noble People, you'll be at the center of our mission—unlocking client growth, solving challenges with agility, and delivering measurable results. This role calls for a commercially minded leader focused on driving revenue, expanding partnerships, and building lasting client relationships. You\'ll ensure our work not only exceeds expectations but creates long-term impact. Responsibilities

Excellence in Client Leadership: Deliver a flawless client experience aligned with business needs and client ambitions, with proactive planning, clear communication, and a shared drive to win. Anticipate challenges and opportunities, offering swift, actionable solutions that maximize results and build trust. Be the client expert, shaping impactful strategies and counsel with confidence. Elevate conversations by connecting marketing efforts to broader business objectives and proving the value of media investments. Lead bold, strategic discussions backed by creative ideas and data-driven rationale.Own onboarding for new clients to set relationships up for long-term success. Team Leadership: Inspire and guide internal teams to deliver strategies that make Noble People\'s products indispensable. Translate client goals into clear, actionable steps for internal teams. Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Collaborate with creative agency partners to align media strategy with creative vision. Partner with Business Development on pitches and new business opportunities. Strategic Commercial Growth: Set annual revenue and relationship goals with quarterly action plans. Identify opportunities for incremental revenue and organic account expansion. Demonstrate value through tangible business results, winning pitches, and expanding service offerings. Proactively upsell capabilities and maximize profitability through staff planning and fee proposals in collaboration with Product and Operations. Requirements

Proven client partner with a calm, confident leadership style and reliability Growth driver with a track record of retaining and expanding multiple accounts Industry expertise in account management, client services, or marketing strategy within advertising or media; bonus for B2B, fintech, QSR, retail, or DTC categories, plus familiarity with media planning, comms strategy, and buying Pitch leader skilled in partnering with sales to win new business Benefits
