Lead the development and delivery of reports using

BI Publisher ,

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) , and

HCM Extracts Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to gather reporting requirements Design and document reporting solutions, including data mapping and transformation logic Develop and maintain

data models

and

data transformation

routines Support

Spreadsheet Loaders (HDLs)

and data conversion activities Demo reports and outputs to client stakeholders and gather feedback Ensure compliance with data governance and federal data security standards Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with

BI Publisher Experience with

Oracle HCM Extracts Experience with

Spreadsheet Loaders / HDLs Experience with

Data Mapping & Data Transformation Experience with

Data Modeling Experience with

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Strong domain expertise in

HR and Benefits Preferred Skills

Prior experience supporting federal government clients Familiarity with HCM Cloud implementation lifecycles Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and demos Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
