Manage and oversee tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Collaborate with financial advisors, estate planners, and attorneys to develop holistic wealth strategies for clients. Provide proactive tax planning, including income tax minimization, charitable giving strategies, and wealth transfer techniques. Review and manage preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns. Serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations that affect high-net-worth clients. Mentor and guide junior tax staff and support ongoing professional development. Participate in firm-wide planning initiatives and contribute to business development activities as needed. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required Active CPA license preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of tax compliance, planning, and advisory for wealth management clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
