We are seeking a

Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This individual will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic services, and ongoing medication management for children, teens, and their families. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting youth and committed to providing patient-centered care that integrates families, schools, and communities. Position Type:

Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents (ages 5-17) Provide evidence-based medication management and treatment planning Collaborate with therapists, nurse practitioners, and primary care providers to ensure continuity of care Engage families in the treatment process with empathy and cultural sensitivity Document care in compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational standards Participate in peer case reviews, team meetings, and professional development activities Develop and grow Hopemark’s child and adolescent psychiatry program Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certification (or board eligibility) in Psychiatry with Child & Adolescent Psychiatry subspecialty (ideally 3+ years out of residency) Active Illinois medical license (or eligibility for licensure) DEA license in good standing Experience in both medication management as well as therapy for child and adolescent populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Natural desire to work with children and their families Commitment to culturally responsive and patient-centered care Other Requirements

Current/unrestricted medical license in Illinois (preferred but not required) Current/unrestricted DEA license (required) Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR/EHR) Legally able to work in the United States What We Offer
