Senior Full Stack Engineer

Full-Stack Engineer | $150K–$200K + Equity | San Francisco (On-Site) I’m working with a high-growth AI startup that’s building category-defining products and scaling rapidly. They’re looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to take ownership of building and scaling core products from the ground up. What you’ll do Design, architect, and build new product workflows while optimising existing ones Drive technical decisions, scalability solutions, and best practices across engineering Collaborate with Product, Research, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions Own problems end-to-end and contribute directly to product engineering What we’re looking for 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience (ideally in hyper-growth environments) Strong expertise in TypeScript (essential) plus experience with Node.js, React/Next.js Track record of ownership and progression (e.g. IC → Tech Lead) Experience in startups, hyper-growth companies, or as a technical founder/founding engineer is a big plus Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and deliver results at pace The setup Location: On-site in San Francisco (5 days/week) Salary: $150K — $200K + competitive equity Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, AWS, Twilio, Vercel This is an opportunity to join early, help shape the product roadmap, and make a genuine impact in one of the most exciting spaces in tech right now.
