This pivotal role within the regional Executive Vice President’s leadership team is responsible for driving corporate partnership development, providing strategic leadership, and fostering influential relationships across the region on behalf of the Enterprise Corporate Partnership Team. The position is tasked with achieving revenue goals, including the Enterprise Corporate target of $90M and the Regional Corporate target ranging from $12M to $30M. This is a 100% remote role based in the North Region. Ideal candidate will sit in Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. Major Responsibilities Spearhead corporate sales initiatives in collaboration with the regional corporate team, understanding emerging corporate trends and cultivating premier partnerships. Lead procurement of multi-million-dollar partnerships ($1M+), delivering tailored solutions and exceptional results with account teams. Demonstrate external sales leadership and embody the OneACS mindset. Provide high-level expertise across industries, with specialized knowledge to support revenue and partnership development. Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with senior executives to identify and optimize value propositions for each account, driving mission impact and sustainable revenue growth. Understand key disciplines (sales, marketing, CSR, HR, procurement, benefits) to design and implement effective partnership strategies. Engage with external CEOs and senior leaders to explore opportunities aligned with ACS goals. Provide guidance to regional teams in developing bespoke account strategies. Strategic Planning & Leadership: design and implement a comprehensive regional corporate strategic plan and secure internal alignment. Proactively solicit and cultivate $1M+ strategic partnerships in collaboration with the EVP and account teams. Sales Leadership & Mentorship: lead regional teams in best-in-class sales practices, inspire teams, and mentor to drive sales success. Account Growth & Expertise: convene cross-functional teams to drive growth in existing accounts and provide subject-matter expertise. Internal & External Coordination: collaborate with key leaders to unlock opportunities and access high-impact decision-makers. Closing Strategy & Collaboration: develop and execute effective closing strategies across teams. Partnership Expansion: develop new opportunities within existing partnerships and expand event sponsorships into multi-faceted relationships. Proposal Development for $1M+: present tailored proposals to prospective partners; candidates should be able to discuss this fluidly in interviews. Organizational Knowledge Integration: translate assets into innovative partnership offerings. Partner Needs & Relationship Management: establish trusted, long-term relationships as primary contact. Partnership Growth & Impact: expand engagement with partners and propose additional solutions aligned with evolving goals. Delivery Excellence: ensure a seamless, impactful partner experience with timely delivery of deliverables. Formal Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree preferred 10+ years of account development/sales management experience preferred Specialized Training or Knowledge Sales and business development leadership with a track record of multi-dimensional partnerships; non-profit experience a plus but not required. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and form strategic partnerships. Extensive experience managing large-scale partnerships and navigating complex corporate structures. Deep industry knowledge across multiple sectors with adaptability. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives. Strategic thinker who can align internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
