Overview
Our client is a hospital hiring for a Medical Director Veterinarian in Jeffersonville, IN. This AAHA-accredited, Cat-Friendly small animal clinic with a strong reputation for excellence and a supportive, growth-oriented environment, is seeking a dynamic leader to guide its experienced team. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule designed to support a sustainable work-life balance while ensuring high-quality patient care. Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Role Description and Responsibilities
The
Medical Director
will be responsible for providing high-level clinical care while also leading the hospital’s team culture, operations, and professional development efforts. Responsibilities include mentoring associates and support staff, promoting a collaborative and progressive environment, and ensuring adherence to high clinical standards. The role is ideal for a veterinarian with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for both patient care and team development. The position is open to experienced veterinarians who are enthusiastic about shaping the future of the hospital. The hospital is equipped to deliver high-quality, integrated veterinary care. As both an AAHA-accredited and Cat-Friendly Practice certified by the AAFP, the hospital is committed to providing advanced and compassionate treatment in a stress-reducing environment.
