$56.580 - $70.170 - $83.760 The stated pay scale reflects the range as defined by the collective bargaining agreement between Sharp HealthCare and Sharp Professional Nurses Network, United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals, NUHHCE, AFSME, AFL-CIO. To provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families. Required Qualifications
Graduate of nursing school. 1 Year clinical experience California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association - REQUIRED Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Various-Employee provides certificate - REQUIRED Essential Functions
Clinical advancement Clinical judgment and decision making Clinical leadership Nurse-patient/family relationship Details within each function include coordination of care, communication with the care team, patient advocacy, transfer and discharge planning, teaching, and quality improvement commitments as described in the original content. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Independently performs the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of safe, therapeutic, efficient care for patients; coordinates patient care; may serve as relief charge nurse and mentor other nurses; demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving; adheres to regulatory standards; participates in quality improvement; demonstrates professional behavior.
