Clinical Specialist - Boston, MA at Haemonetics. Responsibilities
Work with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how company products can help achieve these goals. Provide case coverage to support clinical outcomes and contribute to meeting projected sales goals and company objectives. Collaborate with the Territory Manager to ensure good case coverage and positive clinical outcomes for patients. Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products. Inform customers about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments by engaging in procedural and technical discussions. Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging. Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and provide creative, feasible solutions using company products. Collaborate and communicate account information to the local territory manager on a daily basis. Support monitoring of product inventory levels. Share insights on competitive products or account issues with appropriate Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist; educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products. Lead challenging or more complex case reviews and develop content for regional and/or area clinical calls. Support the Regional Sales Director in creating and disseminating educational content for the internal team. Provide case support for the most complex cases that require higher clinical expertise.
