The Pharmacy Product team helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. As Sr. Director, Network Pharmacy Product & Innovation, you will lead product strategy and innovation across the pharmacy portfolio and drive measurable impact through product innovation. This role operates at the intersection of market trends, enterprise strategy, and customer needs, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and talent development. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership: Develop and champion the long-term vision and strategy for new product lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and market dynamics. Product Discovery & Innovation: Drive discovery to identify unmet market needs and define new product opportunities. Strategic Planning & Investments: Lead planning and investment decisions, including build/buy/partner evaluations, based on market and performance analysis. Identify and cultivate relationships with 3rd party product partners. Product Delivery & Portfolio Management: Oversee design and delivery of pharmacy network products and lead teams in developing new pharmacy products and services. Prioritize and rationalize the product portfolio to deliver differentiated value. Customer & Market Impact: Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes and value to customers, leveraging insights from Commercial, Data, and Customer Experience teams; maintain understanding of CoverMyMeds' market position and competitive landscape. Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy to align roadmaps with organizational priorities; influence enterprise-wide initiatives and represent pharmacy product strategy in executive forums. Leadership & Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers across multiple products and technical areas; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. 13+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation (or equivalent). Proven success in launching 0-to-1 products that solve market pain points and generate desired outcomes. Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, especially pharmacy interactions with payers, providers, and manufacturers. Expertise in product development methodologies (e.g., Agile), portfolio management, and lifecycle planning. Preferred Skills

Strong financial acumen and experience with budget planning. Experience with network-based products and business models. Project management and stakeholder engagement at the executive level. This includes base pay, potential annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, and information on benefits. The pay range for this position is $157,500 - $262,500 and is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy and applicable regulations.
