Opportunity Overview: CORTEK seeks highly qualified Senior Analysts to support Army capability development and integration efforts. This Key Personnel role involves conducting strategic analysis, developing options for warfighting capabilities, and supporting senior Army decision-making processes. Candidates must have deep expertise in JCIDS/ACIDS standards, Army policy, and force modernization. Duties/Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and provide options for warfighting capability development, rapid prototyping, and modernization Support the development and refinement of Army policies and procedures in accordance with AR 71-9 and CJCSI 5123.01 Develop and brief recommendations to improve requirements determination and materiel delivery processes Analyze and support validation of Army and Joint requirements documents (e.g., A-CDD, ICD, IS-CDD, DCRs) Advise AROC Working Groups on JCIDS/ACIDS policy and briefing standards Assist in the setup and execution of AROCs, ARBs, ACBs, FCBs, JCBs, and JROCs Prepare EXSUMs, JROCMs/AROCMs, and approval documentation Coordinate staffing and integration of requirements products using KMDS/CAMs Perform mission analysis and brief requirements approval documents Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
or higher in Business or Engineering Minimum of 4 years
of experience in Force Development or related duties Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands TS/SCI clearance
is mandatory Strong analytical and coordination skills in readiness and logistics environments Familiarity with JCIDS, ACIDS, CCIDS, and Army capability development processes Preferred Skills & Expertise
Interdisciplinary knowledge of:
Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) DoD acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.2) Materiel and force structure requirements development and validation (JCIDS)
Experience applying force development across DOTMLPF-P domains in fiscally constrained environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Highly Preferred Qualifications, Certifications, and Training
