Our client, a prominent plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a motivated
Associate Attorney
to join its Employment Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to represent employees in high-impact workplace matters while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Advocate for clients in state and federal court proceedings.
Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategy.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar.
3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment or civil rights law.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice.
Commitment to advancing employee rights and justice in the workplace.
