Litigation Associate – Labor & Employment (Plaintiff Side) Location:
Pasadena, CA (Full Remote – Flexible Work from Home)
Salary:
$140K – $200K (commensurate with experience) + Bonus + Growth Opportunities
About the Firm A growing plaintiff‑side employment law firm in Glendale is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney with 2-5+ years of experience to join our team. We represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases, as well as wage & hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
Responsibilities
Handle a mix of
single-plaintiff
and
PAGA/class action
employment cases
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions
Work closely with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar
2+ years of employment litigation experience
(plaintiff‑side preferred)
Experience with
PAGA
and
wage & hour class actions
strongly preferred
Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Passion for advocating for employee rights
