Overview
Senior Product Manager to drive evolution of a portfolio of modernizing capabilities aligned to objectives that advance OneMain Financial's lending business. Responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap to achieve business objectives such as growth in new money, cost reduction, and transitioning to a modernized, scalable tech platform. Maintain consistent engagement with senior executives and front-line stakeholders to build consensus and drive decisions. Partner with Engineering Leads to deliver against the Product roadmap. Responsibilities
Work with business and engineering leadership to develop, document, and communicate OKRs aligned with the broader business strategy. Create and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals, prioritizing initiatives by impact, feasibility, and effort. Manage the software development life cycle for the respective team by creating high-level themes/epics, developing detailed product requirements via user stories, managing the product backlog, planning feature releases, and ensuring work delivers the OKRs. Proactively manage and mitigate risks. Be an active contributor in a high-performing product organization, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with an understanding of competitive dynamics to ensure product development aligns with market needs and capabilities. Regularly update executive teams on product performance using KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements to business and technical stakeholders. Key Skills / Qualifications

This role is hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to an office in New York, NY; Wilmington, DE; or Baltimore, MD with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Target base salary for Baltimore, MD and New York, NY is $120k-$140k, based on skills, experience, and location.
