Who We Need

Arootah

is seeking an experienced Director of Family Office to consult our highly prestigious client base of Hedge Fund and Family Office clients. The role involves advisory-based planning and relationship management to attract, retain and grow a portfolio of prospect and client relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

7+ years of previous experience within a Family Office In-depth knowledge of the current regulatory environments Expert level industry knowledge within the alternatives space Expert written and verbal communication skills Expert collaborative, analytical, and research skills Thrives in data-driven decision making

What You'll Do

Provide advice and guidance to Arootah clients who seek help with their Family Office/ Hedge Fund Management needs, including consulting for leading Hedge Funds and Family Offices and sharing your experience as an expert director of family office Improve processes for optimal flow of operations Support the execution of effective monthly action plans Identify internal and contextual roadblocks Break apart goals into actionable steps Devise a plan of action for each goal Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan Implement policies, procedures, and control measures Review, analyze and report on client tools and resources to ensure industry best practices Evaluate each client’s advancement toward goal actualization through KPIs and scoring matrices Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of consulting results

Job Status

Contractor Hours are based on the needs of the assigned client (0-40 hours per week)

Compensation: $200 - $400 per hour. The rate is determined by engagement length, complexity, required specialization, professional designations, skills, and years of experience.
