Position Details: Cardiovascular Surgeon Will be employed under Shasta Regional Medical Group hospital owned multi-specialty medical group. Work Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 Week OFF. Must be available during their ON to go to the hospital. Call Schedule: 3 Weeks ON 1 WEEK OFF. Cardiothoracic surgery, TAVR, Davinci, CABG, AVR, MVR & Triple AAA. A sign-on bonus and relocation allowance will also be given. Shasta Regional Medical Center

offers the following cardiac services: (1) WATCHMAN procedure for people with atrial fibrillation not caused by a heart valve problem. (2) CardioMEMS System heart failure monitoring device. Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Program: (1) Coronary artery bypass grafting (2) Valve repair and replacement (3) Aorta repair (4) Thoracic procedures (5) Vascular procedures (6) Off-pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery. Qualifications

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation. The

compensation range for this role is $462,460-$649,347 . The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
