Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Premises Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Nashville, TN to join its growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle mostly Premises accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. The attorney's responsibilities will include trial preparation and trial. Responsibilities

Day-to-day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guide clients through the case process Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications

Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the State Bar of Tennessee Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits
