Litigation Associate – Insurance Defense. This Jobot job is hosted by Amanda Cohen. We are seeking a motivated and skilled litigation attorney to join our team in a role focused on complex insurance defense matters. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys and clients, managing cases from early investigation through trial and appeal in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Work directly with senior attorneys and clients, managing cases from early investigation through trial and appeal. Handle a wide range of insurance defense matters for insurers, manufacturers, and service providers. Collaborate in a dynamic, mentorship-focused environment and support practical, results-driven legal solutions. Qualifications & Requirements
Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a state bar 2-6 years experience (Open to a Junior level candidate with 1 year of experience) Prior Insurance Defense Experience Preferred Strong written and oral advocacy skills; transferable litigation experience, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, depositions, and court appearances Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment Pay and Employment Details
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr About Us
