We are seeking an experienced Lateral Civil Defense Attorney to join our established litigation team in San Antonio. Compensation
Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Why join us?

Represent clients in a wide range of civil defense matters, including personal injury, premises liability, construction, and insurance disputes Manage all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Provide clients with proactive risk assessment, strategic advice, and clear communication Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective representation Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Texas bar license in good standing 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience preferred Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Trial experience is a plus but not required About the Firm
