We have an opportunity for full-time Revit modelers to join our project team in Northern CA. Salary : $72,800 to $149,760 Role Description

This is a full-time preferably hybrid role for a Revit / BIM 360 Specialist based in Northern CA. Working hours will be California based. Responsibilities

Ensure that models meet BIM Level 2 standards and that the design team understands the level of information required to meet expectations. Assist and advise CAD / BIM support teams of required system upgrades. Support and maintenance of BIM and CAD application software. Create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D Revit models for electrical engineering projects. Review and interpret electrical markups provided by supervising electrical engineers. Create and manage Revit families. Update and progress our 3D Revit models based on written or verbal direction from engineers. Provide daily updates on model progress and publish model updates weekly. Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure design deliverables meet client requirements and project standards. Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific BIM protocols. Implement best practices for Revit modeling, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with engineers and drafters to integrate design changes into BIM models. Foster collaboration between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless integration of BIM into project workflows. Role Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or AS Degree in engineering, architecture, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in Revit and other relevant BIM software. Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards, and best practices. Proven ability to create 3D models accurately and efficiently. Strong understanding of drafting and design principles, codes, and standards. Ability to communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) a plus. Benefits
