Director - Dealer Analytics (Auto Finance)
This position plays an integral role in shaping the expansion of our client\'s auto finance business. It is a strategic blend of analytics leadership, business development, and cross-functional collaboration, heavily aligned with sales, risk, and technology teams. It\'s an ideal position for someone who can blend technical analytics, strategic planning, and leadership. You’ll be the key analytical partner to the Head of Auto Sales and help define and scale a growing dealer-focused business line. Responsibilities
Analyze markets to identify and expand into high-potential territories and dealerships. Build scorecards and KPIs to monitor dealer performance. Create strategies to manage fraud and credit risk in the dealer channel. Partner with Sales to design a dealer loyalty program to drive repeat business from top-performing dealers. Leverage new data sources and tools (SQL, SAS, Python). Collaborate with heads of Sales, Credit, Technology, and Operations. Lead communication of performance and progress to executive leadership. Requirements
Bachelor\'s in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar) - Master\'s or PhD preferred. 8+ years in consumer lending risk analytics 5+ years leading analytics teams and aligning with strategic business goals Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and/or Python Seniority level
