Global Product Solutions and Operations Manager, Search Ads Agency & API The HQ Vertical Product Solutions and Operations Manager for Search Ads is responsible for setting the go-to-market and product growth strategy for agency partners and platform partners. Activations include TikTok Ads Manager and API integrations. This role partners with the product team and regional teams to develop strategic direction and assess gaps in the Search Ads offering. Responsibilities

Lead and consolidate market assessment, quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback; represent agency partners across regions with PM and Engineering teams; define the go-to-market and product growth strategy for TikTok\'s Search Ads product. Partner with regional counterparts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence product development. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem as it relates to Search Ads and the competitive landscape to develop strategic positioning and provide product feedback. Set and own product growth targets for agency and API, and ensure flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Support alpha and beta programs for Search Ads solutions and new features for agency and platform partners. Communicate the value proposition of new products to agency stakeholders and ensure effective collateral and packaging are created. Support agency pitching, account deep dives, workshops and top-to-top (T2T) engagements for large clients and agency partners. Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting market strategy and effective product support. Develop an understanding of nascent TikTok Search Ads solutions and leverage these products to achieve customer goals. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or above; 5+ years in the digital advertising industry across search, marketplace, social, display, direct response, and/or ad networks with understanding of Search Ads; strong knowledge of the agency landscape and experience at agencies; experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions for sellers; strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes; experience using Search Ads products from Search Ads 360, Google, Bing, Meta, Pinterest, Amazon, etc.; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and execute global launch plans. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global roles; product marketing experience in web & mobile advertising and paid search; knowledge across monetization product areas including ads delivery, keyword bidding, search algorithms, targeting, privacy, brand safety, and suitability; experience influencing product management decisions; commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research; ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels; strong knowledge of the competitive landscape of Search Ads. Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128,000 - $290,160 annually. Total compensation includes discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time (varies by location and tenure).
