Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project and Technical Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of our security systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in system implementation, technical coordination, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support project planning and execution. Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects involving integrated security systems such as CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and intercom systems Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems according to customer requirements, budget, and schedule Supervise and monitor progress of project on-site Conduct site surveys and attend site meetings to monitor project progress Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and accurate reporting Utilize BIM tools to support project design, coordination, clash detection, and documentation Prepare and update technical drawings including shop drawings, floor plans, and single-line diagrams using BIM and CAD platforms Sourcing materials and coordinate timely delivery aligned with site progress and budget constraints Respond to customer feedback and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, technical challenges, and forecasts Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, or related field 2–5 years of experience in project engineering or system integration Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and IP networking Proven experience in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is preferred Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
