Key Responsibilities
Lead technical configuration of pay policies, benefits, and HRIS functions
Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for leadership
Serve as liaison between HRIS and internal stakeholders
Support cross-functional teams with data and systems expertise
Conduct audits and ensure data integrity and compliance
Manage system upgrades, testing, and stakeholder training
Own the Dayforce relationship and case management
Maintain HRIS security and oversee data integrations
Recommend system improvements and manage documentation
Provide training and serve as the enterprise SME for HRIS
Lead and develop a team of analysts
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of HRIS administration experience
Experience in a multi-state, large-sized organization; international experience a plus
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proven experience with data integrations and software implementations
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
High attention to confidentiality and data security (PII)
Expert-level Excel; strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience with Dayforce preferred; SQL knowledge a plus
