Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership:
Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the practice operations. Patient-Centric Approach:
Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, with an active state license in good standing. At least 1–2 years of clinical experience post-residency (preferred); select positions open to new grads. Passionate commitment to patient care and high ethical standards. Keen interest in ongoing training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Motivation for financial success and practice growth.
