Clinical Leadership:
Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership:
Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice. Patient-Centric Approach:
Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. QUALIFICATIONS
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, with an active state license in good standing. At least 1-2 years of clinical experience post-residency; some roles are open to new grads. Strong commitment to patient care and ethical standards. Interest in ongoing training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
