The Role:
ModernaTX, Inc. seeks a Sr. Product Manager for its Cambridge, Massachusetts location. Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Moderna’s Data & AI Transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Develop Data and AI Transformation and Generative AI strategies and implement change management strategies for the scalable adoption of these solutions. Spearhead Generative AI initiatives, collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to create innovative AI solutions. Provide optimized strategies for high-impact, disruptive solutions across all business units and geographies by providing product management impact and analytical insights. In collaboration with Functional Leads and Digital Partners, design and implement collaborative platforms, AI-powered solutions, analytic systems, and asset libraries to help establish needs, demonstrate impact, measure adoption, and generate business-oriented insights to support and drive proficiency across all AI transformation initiatives. Oversee program management, including strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and community engagement for global change management strategies. Champion advanced AI capabilities across all teams by building a robust Generative AI partnership ecosystem. Manage AI products and foster community engagement with dedicated AI stakeholders. Develop internal training programs and facilitate workshops and events to drive the adoption of Data and AI solutions and practices. Requirements
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table: Minimum requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Data & AI Transformation Manager, Generative AI Product & Platform Manager, Solutions Consultant or related position involving leading AI business transformation projects. 5 years of experience must include: Integrating new AI features into products; Creating branch designs, GPTs, and PROs and applying these capabilities into tools and solutions; Product management for AI technologies including troubleshooting, updating products, sharing roadmaps, and providing training; and Using data analytics including data tracking, data pipelines, preprocessing data for machine learning models, generating insights, & change management through data. May telecommute up to 3 days per week. Position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel, fully reimbursed. How to Apply
