Overview Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Paid Training is provided. The Management Development Program offers growth through training and certification to become a successful manager, with self-paced options for experienced candidates. The program also limits franchising opportunities to our own store managers.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
Transportation to/from work and store cleanliness; contribute to marketing and profitability efforts where applicable.
Be a proactive leader in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Some management experience is a plus; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask effectively.
Eligible to apply for franchise only after successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year.
