General Manager(03133) - 7805 Palm River Rd • Full-time • Job Category: Store General Manager Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. Responsibilities
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same commitment from your crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a great image and adherence to standards. Provide excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness and profitability. Other tasks related to operating a fast-paced, high-volume Domino’s Pizza store. Qualifications
Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required. Program and Benefits
Paid Training and occupation-specific development; Management Development Program with options for training or self-paced advancement. Opportunities for franchising and business ownership through the Management Development Program; eligibility requires successful management of a Domino’s Pizza store for at least one year.
