Naval Scrum Master role at Booz Allen Hamilton. Responsibilities

Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals and ensure progress of projects modernizing and creating efficiency in critical initiatives. Apply Scrum principles to resolve routine problems and facilitate Agile ceremonies, acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and foster continuous improvement. Use tools such as ServiceNow or Azure DevOps to strengthen sustainable process improvements and help the team achieve Program Increment Objectives and Features. Collaborate with clients to deliver impactful solutions in the Naval environment and contribute to IT project management and Agile project management efforts. Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration. Experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization. Experience with Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles. Ability to perform Scrum duties, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program increment (PI) planning. Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining and executing against product backlogs. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree. Scrum Master Certification, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification. Nice If You Have

Experience with performance management improvement in IT governance. Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and monitoring KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. ITIL Foundations Certification. Clearance
