The world can’t wait.**You Have:*** 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies, removing team impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration* Experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization* Experience in Agile tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps* Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles* Ability to perform Scrum duties, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program increment (PI) planning* Ability to support the Product Owner with maintaining and executing against product backlogs* Secret clearance* Bachelor's degree* Scrum Master Certification, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification**Nice If You Have:*** Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance* Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI)* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification* ITIL Foundations Certification**Clearance:**
