Global $20B medical device company seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager. You will be responsible for selling market-leading sealants and hemostatic products used across a wide range of surgical specialties. The portfolio includes a new FDA-approved launch showing excellent initial results, delivering hospital savings and strong upside versus competitors. Territory:
Washington, D.C. Responsibilities
Sell market-leading sealants and hemostatic products across multiple surgical specialties. Develop and manage a territory plan to achieve sales targets. Build relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement. Communicate clinical and economic value of products to customers. Qualifications
3 years of medical device sales experience (OR/surgical/hospital experience preferred). Ability to travel, including overnight travel. Must live within the territory. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company. Driving records may be monitored on an annual basis or as needed. Compensation
OTE: $200K (uncapped) Base: $91K–$100K Variable: $100K Excellent benefits, company car, expenses paid, 401k match 7.5% Employment details
