Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to support the overall marketing and business development of the firm. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with team members to implement key initiatives and execute comprehensive strategies for the firm's practice groups. This position reports directly to the Chief Client Officer and Marketing Manager. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and some WordPress experience is desired. The candidate should be resourceful and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. All team members are expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects with enthusiasm. This is a full time hybrid role based in San Diego, CA. Salary: Salary: 28.00 - 34.00 per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. Responsibilities Assisting in maintaining the marketing department's library, including organization of files, records, articles, bios / profiles, events, calendars, etc. Working with outside team members and consultants to execute firm strategies and campaigns, such as publications, social media, and website maintenance. Event logistics and coordination. Maintenance of customer relationship database (CRM) and Marketing Manual / SOPs. Research and data collection. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as development of marketing materials. Assisting with graphic design projects and social media, as needed. Providing additional support as needed, including overtime and weekend hours, to assist with urgent campaigns and case marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements
2+ years of marketing, or similar experience in a professional environment. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of legal terminology and an understanding of the legal industry is a plus. Ability to work on-site at the San Diego office.
