Overview
The Senior Director, Finance & Corporate Services will be responsible for leading the financial health, growth, and operational performance of TalentoHC, with oversight of Finance and Corporate Services. This executive will provide strategic leadership across FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, procurement, and corporate governance, while also overseeing HR and people functions that enable the business to grow with excellence. What you would be responsible for
Leadership & Corporate Strategy: Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company’s financial and organizational strategy Leadership of Finance & Corporate Services: Lead both Finance and Corporate Services teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor KPIs and balanced scorecards across Finance and HR to ensure business performance Talent & Culture: Mentor and develop talent across Finance and Corporate Services, building the next generation of company leaders; champion organizational culture, values, and people-first initiatives Finance: Accounting, Audit, Tax & Risk
Oversee all accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP Direct internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance programs to protect company assets and ensure integrity Manage tax matters across state, federal, and international jurisdictions Oversee insurance programs, risk management policies, and compliance with all applicable regulations Lead engagement with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies Treasury & Debt Management
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital strategies to ensure funds availability Oversee treasury operations, investments, and capital allocation Lead debt management strategy, including lender reporting, credit facilities, and covenant compliance Develop and maintain credit and collections policies in line with corporate guidelines Financial Planning & Strategic Growth
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management Partner with leadership to develop departmental budgets, product-level P&Ls, and long-term strategic plans Track and report on company performance against financial goals; deliver actionable insights to leadership and investors Direct the preparation of management and staff reporting, investor updates, and monthly business reviews Develop valuation models for capital investments and M&A opportunities Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration
Partner with teams on due diligence for acquisitions Lead financial analysis and integration planning for M&A transactions Support seamless onboarding and alignment of acquired businesses into Corporate Services infrastructure Corporate Services (HR, Legal, Procurement, Technology, Administration & Risk)
Human Resources & People Operations: Oversee HR strategy, workforce planning, compensation, payroll, and benefits to ensure alignment with business and financial objectives; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Administration & Risk Management: Oversee administration, facilities, and enterprise risk management, including commercial insurance programs, liability coverage, and organizational risk policies to safeguard the company’s operations Legal & Compliance: Direct corporate governance, contracts, and compliance programs; partner with external counsel to manage legal exposure and support business decision-making Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead procurement strategy, contract negotiation, and vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and alignment with company needs Technology & Systems: Provide oversight of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and data security; drive digital initiatives that strengthen both financial and corporate services operations Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance with exposure to HR and Corporate Services, ideally within a private equity-backed or supply chain-intensive organization Deep expertise in accounting, audit, tax, risk management, treasury, and debt management Proven track record in FP&A, strategic planning, and investor/lender relations Experience leading M&A due diligence and integration Strong HR/Corporate Services leadership experience in multi-state, growth-oriented environments Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations; proficiency in financial systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel About TalentoHC
