The AI Cloud CTS team is seeking a Data Engineer with Tableau Developer skills, finops and infra capacity planning experience. As part of the Salesforce Gen-AI initiative, you will help customers maximize AgentForce with state-of-the-art AI technology using Large Language, Toxicity, and PII models, while collaborating with the team and cloud to implement performance and scale initiatives for growth. The team is known for being highly technical, friendly, and collaborative. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. Your primary focus includes developing automation frameworks for telemetry and visualization dashboards related to service usage & cost, infra capacity planning, infra budget planning, and cost optimization. You will design performance experiments, collect and analyze data, and develop power tools and automation frameworks for continuous integration, performance measurement, and analysis. You will contribute to the design and velocity of our global products. Responsibilities
Develop automation frameworks for telemetry, visualization dashboards, service usage metrics, and cost visibility. Design and execute performance experiments; collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform capacity planning and optimization. Create and maintain automation tooling to support continuous integration, performance measurement, and analysis. Collaborate with cloud and engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Contribute to the design and velocity of global products within the AI Platform Cost to Serve area. Qualifications
