RWJBarnabas Health is hiring Hematologists/Oncologists across New Jersey. Opportunities are full-time at Trinitas Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Center, Community Medical Center, and other RWJBarnabas Health locations. This is a chance to join a dynamic and experienced team delivering compassionate, cutting-edge care across cancer types including breast, lung, colon, GI, and more. RWJBarnabas Health is proud to partner with the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the state’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, offering access to NCI-sponsored and Co-Op clinical trials. Our multidisciplinary teams include oncology nurses, social workers, nurse navigators, and other skilled staff who support personalized, evidence-based care. Responsibilities
Care delivery as part of a multidisciplinary hematology/oncology team, contributing to clinical excellence and patient-centered care across diverse cancer types. Engage in teaching and/or research as desired within a large academic-affiliated health system. Qualifications
Board eligible/Board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology Interest in benign hematologic disorders is welcomed New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence Compensation and Benefits
Health insurance Malpractice coverage with tail 401(k) with company match $4,000 annual CME and professional development stipend Open to new graduates and experienced physicians. Current fellows may qualify for up to $24,000 through the fellowship stipend program when committing during the final year of training. How to apply
