Job Description
We are looking for a doctor who will do the following: Be available 24 hours a day in the hospital to help with pregnancy and childbirth. Help manage births for doctors in the community who have fewer patients. Take care of emergency situations related to pregnancy. Check on and manage patients. Help with surgeries related to pregnancy. Monitor babies during pregnancy and work with specialists for high-risk deliveries. Support a special unit for very small babies (Level III NICU). Work with pediatric specialists and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) experts. Provide high-quality care based on research for all patients who are pregnant. Qualifications
Must be Board Eligible (within 5 years after finishing residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN Must have an active medical license in California when you apply (If you are in the process of getting your license, please mention it.) Experience working as an OB Hospitalist is PREFERRED. A clean history in malpractice and licenses is HIGHLY PREFERRED. Other Requirements
Must get a DEA license before starting the job THIS IS REQUIRED (no exceptions). Certification Requirements
Board Certified. Board Eligible. State License Requirements
Must have a license to practice medicine in California. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN within 5 years after residency, and have a California state license.
