Provide Meaningful Support : Conduct mental health assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention to help clients prepare for successful re-entry. Build Community Connections : Research and organize community resources, ensuring clients have the support they need for housing, employment, and more. Mentorship and Training : Guide graduate students and peer specialists, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth. Why You’ll Love This Role:
