Saint Mary's Wellness Center

is seeking a Clinical Director to lead an adolescent residential treatment program. This role includes supervising a clinical team and providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent clients on a small caseload. The Clinical Director will hold on-call responsibilities as part of the leadership team for the program. Population served are adolescent clients, ages 11-17, up to 19 years, receiving residential treatment for behavioral health issues such as self-harm, aggression, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, trauma, mood instability, depression, and anxiety. Candidates should thrive working with acute clients for three to six months, be innovative in interventions, and seek growth and challenge in their role. Leadership experience is encouraged, but a willingness to learn and think differently about mental health treatment is essential. Must Have

: LMFT, LCSW, LPC (no associate licensure). Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 Responsibilities of a Clinical Director:

Oversight of all programs, ensuring client and staff safety Provide training for case managers and clinical staff Maintain a small caseload of individual clients and group work Facilitate family work for individual clients On-call responsibilities Address and resolve client grievances and barriers to effective treatment Lead and develop the clinical team and program Coordinate with compliance to ensure timely documentation Assist in signing off on clinical documentation Participate in leadership meetings for performance improvement Guide staff in managing clients at risk of early treatment termination Advise staff on managing symptomatic clients Contribute ideas for team building and social events Work with the UR team on proper documentation Assess clinician documentation for timeliness and thoroughness Audit and improve EMR processes Ensure comprehensive discharge planning for clients leaving care Minimum Qualifications:

Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Experience in mental/behavioral health Experience in a 24-hour setting Availability for on-call after hours At least 2 years in administrative/management roles with familiarity in Performance Improvement and JCAHO standards Strong communication skills Self-motivated with a focus on Continuous Quality Improvement Experience with EMR systems Strategic thinking for organizational improvement Why Join Saint Mary's as a Clinical Director?
