The Clinical Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing, developing, and ensuring the quality of clinical services in diverse levels of care. This position involves providing clinical direction, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and promoting excellence in behavioral health services across treatment programs. Essential Duties

Provide visionary leadership for clinical teams and interns in RTC, PHP, and IOP programs. Set strategic goals for each program, aligning them with organizational objectives. Participate in Administrator On-Call rotation, providing support and facilitating decision-making during crisis and emergency situations, as well as for potential admission review/approval, after business hours. Program Development And Integration

Drive the development and enhancement of clinical programs, ensuring integration and cohesion across Residential, PHP, and IOP services. Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative and evidence-based interventions. Quality Assurance

Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives to monitor and enhance clinical services in each program. Conduct regular reviews of clinical processes, documentation, and participant outcomes. Supervision And Training

Provide clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, and support staff across Residential, PHP, and IOP programs. Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure ongoing professional development. Regulatory Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations governing clinical services in each program. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Crisis Management

Collaborate with the Executive Director, DOO, and DON to develop and implement crisis management plans. Provide guidance and support during clinical emergencies across levels of care. Data Analysis

Utilize data analysis tools to assess clinical program performance, participant outcomes, and key performance indicators in Residential, PHP, and IOP settings. Make data-informed decisions to optimize clinical operations across all programs. Budget Oversight

Collaborate with the Executive Director to manage clinic program budgets in Residential, PHP, and IOP settings. Ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability across levels of care. Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, families, and community partners, across Residential, PHP, and IOP programs. Continuous Improvement

Champion a culture of continuous improvement within clinical services across Residential, PHP, and IOP programs. Encourage innovation and excellence in each level of care. Requirements

Experience

A minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting familiarity, with Performance Improvement and JCAHO Standards necessary. Communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff. Self-motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to develop organizational strategy. Knowledge of Psychopathology, Diagnostic Assessment and Chemical Dependency treatment Education

Master's in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, or related mental health field (Required) LPC, LMFT, or LCSW TN State licensure (Required) Benefits Include
