What you will do: Conduct competitor and market analysis across multiple channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate customer needs into actionable insights that drive portfolio value. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., focus groups, interviews, conjoint and cluster analyses). Track and synthesize market trends, volume drivers, and strategic focus areas. Develop and maintain standardized KPI tracking and reporting processes. Continuously improve reporting by assessing gaps and enhancing methodologies. Maintain organized, accurate market insights data for cross-functional use. Evaluate RFPs and recommend vendors based on business needs. Deliver high-quality, impactful insights with urgency and business focus. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and achieve results. Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships. Provide coaching and mentorship to market insights team members. Contribute analyses to inform marketing plans and uncover new areas of investigation. What you need Required Bachelor's degree 4+ years of work experience

Preferred MBA 2+ years market research experience Proven ability to deliver presentations and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights and business outcomes. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Successful history of influencing stakeholders and driving decisions without direct authority. Experience navigating and executing within complex interdivisional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), Word (document creation and formatting), and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
