Who we are : The Consumer Strategy and Insights team is the central hub for understanding members and prospective members. The team develops and implements

consumer-centric strategies

by combining qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights into consumer behavior, motivations, and needs. They collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and experience teams to ensure the voice of the consumer informs key business decisions and that products and services stay highly relevant and effective. What you will do

The

Senior Manager, Consumer Strategy and Insights

will lead strategic projects, providing deep insights into

consumer behavior ,

market and product trends , and the

competitive landscape . You will develop and execute consumer insights programs that address business objectives and act as a trusted partner to leaders, delivering data-driven recommendations that drive meaningful change. Key Responsibilities

Consumer research : Conduct surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends. Data analysis and synthesis : Use data from app usage, member feedback, and sales data to create a holistic view of the member journey and experience. Strategic planning : Translate insights into actionable recommendations and long-term strategic plans, building crisp business cases that place the customer at the center of decisions. Insights and analysis : Support qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover deep consumer insights; conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify opportunities. Collaboration and influence : Work with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear insights and champion the voice of the consumer. Communication : Create compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences. Who you are

7-10 years of experience

in consumer insights, strategy, market research, or related analytical roles, preferably in consumer-facing industries such as CPG, tech, or wellness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to synthesize large, complex data into clear insights. Proven experience designing and executing a

wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

including segmentation (k-means, latent class), MaxDiff, conjoint, brand tracking, and NPS. Deep understanding of

consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes . Demonstrated track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable business strategies that drive measurable impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills

with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A passion for health and wellness is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; Master’s preferred. Base salary may vary by skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program. U.S. Pay Range:

$135,000 - $145,000 USD WeightWatchers is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage employees to come into the office 1-2 days per week where feasible.
