The Sr. Manager of Strategy will drive Helen of Troy’s long-term growth and strategic plan. This role will spearhead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, support strategy planning, and advance high-priority senior-level projects, including those tied to the Board of Directors and the Global Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will bring structured problem-solving, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders across all business units and functions. This is a high-visibility role requiring excellent analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and to support implementation. Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from conception through execution, owning analysis and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and long-term vision Support enterprise strategic planning, including annual and long-range planning, scenario planning, and portfolio optimization Partner with the Global Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders on high-impact projects, including priorities for the Board of Directors Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and assess business performance Develop strategic business cases, including investment proposals and M&A assessments, leveraging data-driven insights Support M&A processes and collaborate with the Business Development team Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Business Units) to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively Serve as a thought partner to business leaders on strategic challenges and opportunities Skills and qualifications
Ability to work independently and own projects from end to end (scoping, business case, mobilization, implementation, tracking) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience developing materials for executive-level audiences Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels within an organization Comfortable operating in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years’ experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar strategic role Strong understanding of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Compensation and Benefits
In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for this role is $124,073.00 - $186,110.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to New Jersey and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is one component of the total compensation package. Benefits:
